🥒 The Hall of Pickleball Return & Refund Policy

When placing an order through the Hall of Pickleball, you’re embarkin’ on a grand adventure. And like any good quest, there are a few rules. This policy covers orders shipped within the United States and is here to make sure we’re all paddlin’ in the same direction.

A. DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY, PLEASE

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We’re a small-batch print-on-demand operation, so we can’t take returns just because you had second thoughts, changed your mind or your pickleball training montage turned you into a size S legend. (Unless your shirt started speaking in tongues, then yeah—let’s talk.)

B. THIRTY DAYS HATH SEPTEMBER…

…And so do you. You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to let us know if something’s wrong. Your return must be:

  • Unworn & unwashed

  • Tags still swingin’

  • Packed with proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or carrier pigeon scroll)

If you can’t provide that proof, we might stare at you like a cat stares at a cucumber. And that’s just awkward for everyone.

C. HOW TO START A RETURN

Before you send anything back to the mothership, email us first at returns@hallofpickleball.org, or text us at +1 517-490-2152.

We’ll send you return instructions clear as a freshly chalked kitchen line. Please don’t send anything back without checking in—we don’t want your shirt wandering the void, like a lost paddle.

D. DAMAGE? MISTAKE? MISPRINT? (OH MY.)

If your shirt arrived looking like it battled a troll—or isn’t what you ordered—contact us immediately. We’ll set things right faster than a cross-court dink.

Depending on your location, and the availability of replacement stock, replacements may take a few days to a week or more. We promise, the wait will be worth it.

E. EXCHANGES

We only do exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrectly sent

F. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund’s approved. If it is, the funds will head back the same way they came.

  • Most refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.

  • Your bank or credit card company might take a few extra days to post it on your statement. They’re mysterious like that.

G. RESTOCKING FEE (IF APPLICABLE)

A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns approved outside our standard policy (i.e., non-defective items we decide to accept anyway). Consider it a humble offering to the Pickleball Gods.
